« Cheap and convenient for a short stay »

« The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times. We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! « The room was very dirty and dusty with stains on the bedsheets. There was no instructions to bring your own towels online and then no information sheets in the rooms. I rung the number for help and she was very condescending saying that there was an information sheet in my room that would “answer all my questions” despite her supposedly being there if we needed any help and there was infact NO information sheet in our room. The shower drain was also leaking so we had to use our towels to soak it...
