„We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.“

„Large clean room with crisp sheets on the bed. Both the bed and the pillows were too firm, resulting in limited sleep I was convinced that continental breakfast was included when I booked the room. However the Expedia booking did not state that ,nor did the information sent to the Porters Lodge. The charge was though only £5 pp.“

„Tolles Anwesen mit einem schönen weitläufigen Gelände. Großes Zimmer und neues Bad. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Der Service schien überlastet, da neben Touristenbesuchen parallel mehrere Feierlichkeiten (Hochzeit, runde Geburtstage) etc. statt gefunden haben.“

„The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows ...
