Un bel hôtel dans une ancienne demeure coloniale Une chambre hyper spacieuse avec une salle de bain identique avec de l eau chaude (nous avions pris un chambre deluxe coloniale) Un petit déjeuner copieux pris au coin du feu ! Un staff très prévenant et très efficace Un excellent choix pour découvrir cette magnificence ville de Cuzco

J'ai apprécié la qualité du personnel, très serviciel accueillante et aimable, on se sent très bien dans cet hôtel. Le moins, la mauvaise connexion wifi.

Premier contact avec la réceptionniste excellent, mais nous ne retrouverons pas la qualité de son accueil avec les autres employés. Chambre confortable, bonne literie et au calme. Petit déjeuner correct mais salle froide. Service de navette payant

Préciser une chambre à 3 lits et non 2 lits double
Nous avions reserve une chambre pour 3 et avons reçu une chambre pour 2 soit 2 lits d'1m20 ce qui était très petit !

Très bon séjour...
Très bien, bon service des employés du lobby, excellent service du bagagiste, hôtel propre et très beau, très bien située, facile d'accès, Hôtel est fidèle aux photos sur le site internet, manque de service et sourire du personnel au déjeuner dans la salle à manger. À distance de marche d'une bonne partie des incontournables. Très satisfaite de mon séjour...je recommande à tous ceux qui vont à Cuzco!

Excellent location. Can easily walk the quaint city of Cusco and see local sites and markets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the noise at night when trying to sleep. Constant doors banging all night that kept us awake when staying on first floor. When we returned for another night we had the second floor room and that was much better; still noisy but much less. Restaurant and bar on site with good food and drinks .

The staff is very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing! But the hotel rooms are not at all what you see in the pics. The room is very average and kind of small, every time I opened the window a very strong food smell filled up our room, kind of noisy. But the worse thing was the water pressure, very poor, it went from hot to cold in a second without moving anything. I will not stay here ever again. But I need to recognize that the staff made all the bad stuff much better.

Beautiful hotel that reflects the culture of the region. Most important to us was the care of the staff. We arrived at Cusco feeling the strong impact of the high elevation and the staff has been very caring and attentive. We really appreciate their kindness. Lovely property. We were upgraded to a ground floor room in the old mansion with a spa and it was lovely. Unfortunately due to limited time available we were not able to utilise many of the other facilities in the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Daily water would have been welcome - add a $ to the room rate. A pool would have been great but I realise the location doesn’t allow for that. Breakfast was average. However, excellent value and would recommend.

I left a water bottle in the room and it was not there when I returned. However, everything else was great about the the hotel. The greeting with coca tea, breakfast, we didn't have time to use our drink coupon but it was a nice touch and lovely place to have a drink. The location could not have been better and I would definitely stay there again.

It was overall a 4.5. It was in walking distance to shops and the main square. The staff was friendly and catered to our needs when needed. They offer breakfast which is included in your stay. I recommend this hotel

Stayed here few days before and after my trek to MP. Great staff. At night, front doors are closed for extra security. I would recommend hotel again but if your sensitive to noise, the back rooms are close to the club you can here through the night but the views are incredible. Just something to keep in mind.
