« The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. It is even more gorgeous in person ! The property owner was phenomenal & communicated everything without being asked. We used this to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the setting could not have been more perfect. Will absolutely rent again! »

« We spent a beautiful weekend with friends at this lovely house, which is perfect for gatherings, whether with friends or a large family. It offers all the necessary amenities, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I just wish we had more time to fully appreciate everything the house has to offer. Additionally, communication with the property manager was excellent, which made our experience even better. »

« We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to...

« Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. »

« My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests.
