Perfect condo at Sunset Point

The theme here is perfect! This condo was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size and location. Mr. Moore is perfect in his communication. We love staying at Sunset Point because of the convenience, friendly people, the quietness, assigned boat dock, restaurant choices, etc. Mr. Moore’s condo is great and just as pictured. He is very accommodating and wants you to enjoy your stay and we did!

Perfect Couples Getaway to Lake Martin

An amazing long weekend away. Condo was clean, fully stocked, with a private boat slip, kayaks and beautiful lake views. Property manager was super nice as well as the owner making sure we had everything we needed. Close to wonderful restaurants too. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location on lake! Cute condo

The condo was perfect for my family for a weekend on the lake. Condo has a spot to park your boat. Nicely decorated and so clean. Perfect location to go out to dinner by boat or by car! Already booked the place to stay again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This property was comfortable and lovely. Sitting on the decks and watching the turtles eat for a few minutes was SO relaxing after spending all of our long days running around for graduation activities. Hopefully, we can return and use more of the amenities with more time at the condo.

Great Place!

In town for a wedding and this property did not disappoint. Clear communication and exact directions were only the start of a lovely weekend. Kitchen has everything you might need. Living areas bright and inviting with a VIEW that is amazing. Love the lake life!!!

College classmates reunion.

Four women in their 70’s getting together once a year to catch up and reminisce. The condo is beautifully decorated and the views were amazing. The beds seem higher than normal which could be a little problem for small children. There were plenty of supplies for bathrooms and kitchen.

Just the two of us

We spent the weekend at the lake for our anniversary. The only small issue we had, was the water in the guest shower did not get hot. Other than that we had a wonderful, relaxing time and are ready to go back! Mr. Jeff Smith, the property manager, was so helpful in getting our boat situated. The owner, Mr. William Moore was very quick to respond to our questions. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee. We will definitely be planning a trip back soon.

Pictures Don't Lie - Home Away From Home

The pictures are exactly what you get! Lake Martin beauty in a comfortable home away from home. Clean, comfortable condo with friendly neighbors. All supplies were stocked and nothing was left unattended to. All instructions were easy to understand. A nice little twist I noticed was the labels on light switches, faucets, etc....that was a nice small touch that was very much appreciated. The owners were very accommodating and communicated extremely well. Would not hesitate to book here again! Thanks for a much needed retreat on Lake Martin.

Perfect lake retreat!

This property lived up to everything promised! Prefect location right on the water and host has thought of everything! We used the rolling cooler almost everyday and was nice not to have to pack one from home. Lake towels, kayaks, games and ice cream maker were also enjoyed!!! Incredibly well stocked kitchen, very comfortable home, and well set up for families. Our first visit to Lake Martin and we hope to return.

All good! Three adults for weekend getaway. We live approximately one hour from location. We took our boat, fishing kayak, ate local restaurants, used the grill. Had friends visit for dinner and boat ride. Also enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great with beautiful views. The kayaks that the host provided was a big bonus, as well as the other amenities in the gated community. The condo was clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! (Especially the La-z-Boy chairs)

Awesome stay!

Our family had the best time. I have no complaints about the property, location or the condo. Everything you can imagine is available in the condo for your use. Very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very quick to respond and attentive. Lake martin is beautiful and stillwaters is such a nice community with lots of amenities. Great stay!

Relaxing stay that felt like home

We loved our location on the lake. Nice view but felt secluded despite being a condo! All the furnishings, decorations and amenities made it feel like our own home. Having access to the pool, kayaks and boat slip were great. It was easy to rent a pontoon from nearby Lakeside Marina. We enjoyed daily runs/walks through the StillWaters neighborhood. We did most of our meals at the condo, but would highly recommend Niffers for lunch or dinner! Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean condo with awesome lake view from both balconies. Surpassed our expectations!!

Close to numerous restaurants, hiking trails, golf course, marina and tennis courts. Owners even have a kayak for guests to use. Highly recommend this property and hopefully will be available for us to rent should we plan to stay in the Lake Martin area in the future
