„It was the first property that came up on the site and by God‘s design it was just what was needed for our souls! Everything we needed: peaceful, quaint, the cat and his royal set up hilarious, the dog is super laid back, great bathhouse and camp store for fun treasures, and the school house an awesome treat from history. „Overall a good experience “

„The house was perfect! The pool was perfect! The neighborhood was perfect! The beach was perfect and a block away! We enjoyed everything about the house, it’s amenities, location etc. To our surprise the house was stocked with extras and large for our family!! It was our first time to South Padre. There was tar on the beach but we didn’t let that stop us from having a wonderful time. My only disappointment was the communication with the property manager. „We had a great, cozy stay. Kids loved the playhouse and big yard. Only 5ish minutes from downtown Chamberlain and marina for the river. The house had all utensils and dishes we needed for cooking and grilling. Would definitely book here again! “

„We picked this dog-friendly location as a halfway point between my family in Colorado and my brother’s in Minnesota. It worked perfectly for our time together and the house and location were beautiful! Christmas decorations were a nice bonus. Had everything we needed. Only thing we wished was available was a bathroom in the basement bedroom. Not a deal breaker, but a bit of a trek in the middle of the night. ;-) We all agreed we’d definitely book again to get the families together. “
