When we drove in the neighborhood we said absolutely not. It is not nice, it looks like a ghetto, but the house was nice. No top sheets on any of the beds and it definitely does not sleep 15-16 people. You had to be creative with the sleeping arrangements. Had my son not driven down from Nashville with his kids blankets/pillows we would not have had any. I had to go buy a blanket for one of my teenage grandsons to use. Four beds for four adults. 3 kids on the sectional in the living room, one kid on a futon in the landing area upstairs and 2 kids on the floor. Owner kept bugging us about being clean via the VRBO app and even asked us to bring in a large heavy package that was delivered which we did not take responsibility for that. The living room area rug was dripping wet when we arrived and we hung it up in the Garage/game room and it was still damp when we left. Owner said just to turn on the fan and it would dry out. The game room which was in the garage was great for the kids. Master bedroom had no pillows only decorative pillows. No extra bed linens or extra blankets. No hand soap in the half bath and no hangers in the closets except the entryway downstairs. Pretty home but not very efficient. Would not stay here again.
