Our Highschool basketball team was here for a tournament. The house was spacious, clean and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The property manager was on top of the communication, keeping us informed of all the need to knows to make the stay a pleasant one. Definitely would book again.

Very responsive which was the best part. The communication with the owner was great! The house was in need of maintenance. The bathtub didn’t work because the plug was broke so I couldn’t bath my grandkids. Tiles floors were DIRTY. The pool area looked a mess…weeds, dead plants, falling down fence etc. we wouldn’t stay again.

Our experience for 16 people

Every year me and my family we love to do yearly trips around to spend time and have fun of course. We loved it and had fun in the pool. Our stay was really fun and enjoying it, never had issues for the first 3 days. Early in the morning we did came with an issue in 1 of the guest room the electricity went out and then out of no where as well water started coming out thru the kitchen wall and master bedroom. But the host was very helpful and understanding. Best communication I had and making sure we are taking care of and having fun and understandingthe situation. Other then that we all had a blast exploring Dallas for the first time and the house was staying in a really nice neighborhood and area of Dallas. I would recommend for people to stay and enjoy with friends and family. Just I would watch for those problems but it still was a fun stay.

City had locked down water - worst management company

We arrived at a house with a swamp cooler for an air conditioner, and no water. The city had shut off the water for nonpayment of utilities. The Home was poorly appointed and did not smell good. If this isn’t enough to keep you away from this listing, then buyer beware: the management company tried to scam us by offering us a different listing that cost half the price of this house and was not even going to refund us the difference. I requested a full refund because the property was uninhabitable. Three days later, so many calls and texts, and they still refused to refund us the full amount. This is the single worst Vrbo experience I have ever had. So you can have five stars for that.

Clean, comfortable, roomy, and fun

The house was very clean, pool and hot tub were great. Other than the backyard being a little smaller than I imagined, everything else was spot on, plenty of room for everyone in my family to have quite time to themselves or come together for group family fun. We enjoyed ourselves and will stay again.

Roomy and Relaxing

The property was perfect for our family's stay over the holidays. We needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The two teens played ping pong and darts almost the entire time. There are 2 large dining tables, so plenty of space for sharing a meal. It would be nice if there was a little more furniture in the living room, but overall, it was a perfect retreat.

Family Getaway

This was a great option for our family for a holiday weekend get away. The pool and outdoor area were definitely the highlight - we were able to watch the first college football games indoors and outdoors from the water! Bedroom options were great for our multi-generational group. The neighborhood is also close to may great restaurant and shopping options.

Family Vacation

We met up with family from Texas, Colorado, and Montana in this beautiful resort style home. We had the best week swimming, playing games, watching movies, and just catching up. The house is perfectly located between everything we wanted to do and the pool is gorgeous.

Dallas getaway

Myself & another chaperone took 11 HS students to Dallas for volunteer work. We needed a house with plenty of room for students & adults. This place was perfect! The students LOVED the hot tub! Location was convenient for our needs. Communication with the owner was GREAT! Owner was also very helpful after trip as a couple swimsuits got left behind.

Big house that is perfect for big gatherings!

We enjoyed the 6 bedrooms, hot tub, ping pong and open floor plan! It states it is fully equipped but we did not have salt/pepper, broom and only 10 plates. We did see and kill some roaches and spiders. But to say all that...we did enjoy the house overall! It held us all and has 2 big dining tables and great outdoor space. The minor issues I listed above could be easily remedied and then this house would be perfect 5 star! We would book again.

Good Experience

Overall we had a good experience at this home. The interior was good with nice bedrooms. It was nice having three bathrooms. The outside space made for the better experience, with the pool, lounging area, and outside TV. We had an initial issue with our understanding of access to all the bedrooms but ended up working it out with management. The location of the home is not in a great area of Dallas but overall the neighborhood/street seemed safe and quiet. We never were able to get the hot tubs working. The one pre-manufactured hot tub didn't have water in it and the hot tub next to the pool didn't have hot water. Also, the TV in the living area didn't work (no remote) and it wasn't a smart TV that we could cast to from our phones.

Great house and pool

Very nicely updated home. Well stocked kitchen. comfortable beds. fabulous pool and hot tub. Fun game room. We stayed 4 nights and the only negative was some of the bedrooms did not have closet space. Older neighborhood with homes appearing to be remodeled like this one.
