While it is tiny, we are fully furnished for travel assignments so that you have a full kitchen with espresso machine, full refrigerator, oven, stove top, and kitchen table/chairs. Fantastic washer/dryer combo in-unit, lovely shower in the private bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided. Area to store your items. The couch is brand new and turns into a firm bed. We provide a choice to use a mattress topper and / or padded mattress cover to adjust and create the comfort level you need for an excellent night of sleep. Your comfort is our top priority!


Piccolo Posto is built and designed in the style of an Italian one-person cottage - also known in Italian as a Villetta - a small, elegant, and charming private residence. It is ideal for a solo traveling professional or a couple on a work assignment.

This is not a generic rental. This is a thoughtfully designed, brand new, fully stocked tiny home that feels like a personal retreat after a long day of work. Every detail was chosen with the traveling professional in mind.


The backyard behind the locked gate is shared with the guest staying in the front home on property. The parking spot is right in front of the tiny home. The grassy area has outdoor chairs, awning, and a table to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The outdoor kitchen has a propane BBQ and sitting/table area to enjoy al fresco dining! There is a propane fire pit to enjoy on cool fall evenings. Enjoy veggies and herbs from the garden as well as fresh fruit from the fruit trees. Such a beautiful place to rejuvenate after a long day of work.

NO SMOKING
*No Smoking inside. To smoke outside, must be 20 ft from any doorway to the home, and dispose of cigarettes properly (pls do not drop cigarette butts on the ground)

OCCUPANCY REGISTRATION AND VISITOR POLICY
*We request the booking guest provide their email and verify their email by replying to the email and answering the questions in the email from our company.
*Only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted on the property during the rental period.
*Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the host, Kara.
*Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, both indoors and outdoors.
*Noise complaints or a police response may result in immediate eviction without refund.
*This policy complies with city rental permit requirements, property insurance, and business policies.

TEXAS WATER NOTE
*Due to natural sediment, tap water in Texas may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.

TRASH
*A friendly reminder trash is placed into the bins and are placed out back behind the fence.
*Recycling is loose glass, soda cans or paper, no food (pizza boxes), not bagged
*Trash must be in trash bags and placed in trash bin
*Proper care for the trash is required or guests will be charged a fee for private trash services (fee ranges from $75-250).
