THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

We want every guest to have a great stay, so here are a few helpful details to keep in mind:

- Street Parking Only
Parking is available on the street. The road can be moderately busy at times, so please plan accordingly, especially if you have multiple vehicles.

- Guest Count Accuracy
Please make sure your total guest count is accurate before booking, including anyone visiting during your stay. Our housekeeping team prepares the home (linens, towels, and supplies) based on the number of guests confirmed in your reservation.

If your group will exceed 16 guests, please message us in advance through Airbnb so we can make proper arrangements and ensure your group is fully accommodated.

- Neighborhood Setting
The home is in an older, established part of Dallas with convenient access to local attractions and major highways. Like many central neighborhoods, the area features a mix of homes and surroundings typical of a city setting. This location is ideal for guests looking for space, convenience, and a true Dallas experience.

- Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc.) to get you settled. For longer stays or larger groups, you may want to bring or purchase additional items.

- Grill Use
A grill may be available for use, but charcoal, lighter fluid, and supplies are not provided, so please plan ahead if you’d like to use it.

- Large Group Home
This home is designed to accommodate larger groups, with bunk-style sleeping in some rooms. It’s a great fit for families, friends, or team stays, but may not be ideal for those seeking a more traditional bedroom setup.

- Guest House Included
The property includes a separate guest house (back house), offering additional privacy and space for your group.
