„Great Hotel I really enjoyed my stay, it was perfect!“

„The main thing this hotel has going for it is it's location. The room was very old and could have been cleaner. We ended up having ants invade the bar area and bathroom. The whole hotel is ok, but not for how much you pay per night. It's definitely older and needs improvement. We had neighbors that would be up till 3am loudly talking. They charge so much for resort fees, but don't provide many amenities that you will actually use. One stay here was enough.“

„Tolles Hotel. Luxus pur.

„Room was as expected. Staff was great. There were small things wrong with room, but nothing that caused any inconvenience. Restaurant was good, staff were friendly and offered great menu recommendations. Valet service was excellent.“

Due to the upcoming restructuring of the Harbour and hotel they are not investing in upgrading the hotel. Under the bed it was quite dirty and hadn’t seen a vacuums for weeks or months, the bathroom due to the moist air of the Harbour is slightly mouldy and the towels didn’t dry overnight. You get new towels if you ask at reception but it’s a bit annoying. Staff was lovely and the location makes ...

„We were just in San Diego for the weekend, and this was a great stay! We liked the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also really liked the outside lounge area with the chiminea. Room was clean and had a good vibe! The property was nicely decorated for Halloween!“

„Alles perfekt. Ein Ort zum Genießen.“

„Sehr schöne Lage. Zimmer super schön eingerichtet.“
