„We had a very nice stay at Karen's place. Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all! You can still walk your doga through the neighborhood so no issuea there! Overall a very nice stay!“

„This cottage is an absolute gem. Sooo close to everything! Don’t choose this space is you’re a cooker, it’s for someone like me that only needs the chiller for wine and snacks. Outside of no real kitchen it perfect for couples. Definitely will stay with this company again. “

„Communication with Kara was great. The house has a great setup for a larger family. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this if you’re carrying chairs, beach bag and a cooler with you. It is walkable but tough with all the above. “

„This third-floor penthouse in the heart of Seaside, has an amazing, private rooftop terrace with views of the town and the gulf. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! The unit is very beautiful and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a heads up that the bathroom is very small and there is not much storage for luggage or clothes. There is a tiny built-in for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The photos make the rooms look bigger than they actually are, but it is perfect for two ...

„Oyster Cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and clean! The cottage was thoughtfully designed, and the decor had a chic, Seaside aesthetic. We were greeted by a friendly representative from Homeowner’s Collection who answered all of our questions. The Beach, shops, dining, and the Seaside Swim/Tennis Club were a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend Oyster Cottage.“

„This property is excellent and in a perfect location to visit seaside. We visited for the fourth of July and enjoyed the beach access that comes with the rental as well as the gorgeous fireworks. The home is perfectly maintained and very close to Seaside amphitheater and shopping area. Walking is absolutely doable and likely much faster than trying to walk anywhere.
