We had a number of issues that were quite disappointing, including:1.Horrible sleeping situation in the “second/guest” bedroom … see video that I am texting you associate on the quality of the pull out bed … it was completely unusable … worst I have ever seen2.The loft is not a functional loft and the “bed” in the loft is only a mattress on the floor that covers the entire footprint of the loft … there is no room to even walk around it to get into the mattress .. anyone but a child could not use it and even then it’s not very functional3.No dishwasher or even the proper equipment to place handwashed dishes to dry … very inconvenient4.The firepit did not work – talk to handiman who came by .. he knows5.The grill did not work properly .. talk to the handiman6.The umbrella for the outside table was broken … see pics sent to your associate7.The clothes dryer did not work properly and makes a noise so loud that you cannot tolerate being in the apartment while it is running … see video that I sent your associate8.The water in the guest bathroom has the hot and cold in the wrong sides and took forever to figure out why it was not warming up9.There are no windown/door coverings in the loft which makes that area AND the second bedroom way too bright early in the morning10.The unit sits right on the highway/road and is VERY NOISY I have videos of the dryer and the mattress, but I could not upload them here.
