We stayed at this home in Denver and the property itself was spacious and in a good location. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were responsive initially.Unfortunately, we had no consistent hot water for about two days. A plumber came out twice, and it was eventually determined the water heater needed to be replaced. While efforts were made to fix the issue, it was a significant inconvenience during our stay.They offered a one-night refund, which I appreciated. However, a week later I am still waiting for it to be processed. I’ve followed up with the hosts and have not received a response, and have had to contact VRBO for assistance.Overall, a nice home, but the maintenance issue and lack of follow-through did impact our experience.
