« the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again »

« We loved the condo. It was more dated than the pictures, but it was perfect for us and roomy for 3 people. The property was beautiful as well. Again, more dated than the picture, but beautiful. The beach was better than we imagined, and the hot tub and pools were used every day. The only thing we didn't love was the traffic outside the resort. « Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though. »

« Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup. »

« We were told the condo was ready early. We arrived at the condo and weren’t given the right amount of pool bands, property manager fixed it after a call to the office. Overall the condo was good for what we needed, but if you plan to cook a lot or spend much time in the condo I’d skip this one. One of the shower heads is barley hanging on, the bedroom window is cracked, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet so we didn’t put our food in the cabinets, the right side of the sink is separated from the...

« I have to say this cottage www super immaculate and clean. Super close to the beach with private access. The only thing I suggest to the owners is to have maybe a bit more of tick at least condiments, laundry detergent, and maybe some beach toys. Other than that no complaints. Love the property. »

« We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves. »
