The house was perfect! It is spacious, new & clean, plenty of spacious bedrooms, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all super comfy and the living areas were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the day. The beach is incredibly close and convenient. And the beach chairs and umbrella! Automatically setup and waiting for us in the morning! We loved everything about this beautiful house. We hated to leave and can’t wait to go back.

The house is beautiful and just across the street from the beach access. High ceilings, a great kitchen and a bathroom in every bedroom!! Beach is just gorgeous! Only negative about the house is the windows don’t open and the sliding doors don’t have blinds or a screen. I’m guessing in the summer that wouldn’t matter since AC would be on and windows closed. Only travelers on edge weeks would need to consider this. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean, and the kitchen was FULLY stocked and even had a high chair. We had toddlers, young children & teens and all had a great time. The teens stayed in the 2nd house and the beach was so close they were able to walk there on their own. We will come back!

The guest house has a severe mildew & musty smell. Our guests had to find different housing after a child had to be taken to the walk in because the mold is so bad. This should have been disclosed!! The main house is very nice, but there are no extra blankets not even a couch blanket. I had to ask for instructions to get in. And was never sent any instructions for departure. The location and access to the beach is great! We have rented in Destin the last 5 years and have never had a company be this unaccomadating.

This was able to hold our family of 14 with enough beds and bathrooms for convenience. The house was clean and having access to the private beach area with chairs came in clutch. I would recommend for anyone looking in this area.

The house didn't have a lot of extras for the price we paid. I would not stay in this property again. As an example the master bedroom had only a bed a two night stands, not even a chair. The number of towels was to few and we only had 10 people staying. The internet was out for one day, so no TV service. I called maintenance to have it repaired. The service provider said the owner had not paid the bill so they had to get in touch with the owner to get it turned on again. The air condition in the guest house had water running down the wall, had to call maintenance again. The handle on the kitchen sink fell off, I went to Home Depot and bought a $14 tool to fix it myself' The front sliding glass doors are broken and would not lock. Safety issue!! This is a poor reflection on Vrbo and the rental company. Walter Watson unhappy customer

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at The 19th Hole! The property was just as described and plenty of room for our family trip (combined families equaling 13 people). The property was clean and conveniently located to beach access which was closer than expected (100 feet to the beach). The only suggestions I have to offer is adding some type of hooks and or shelving in the rooms for storage and adding lighting at the stairs between the parking and the pool deck.

Great location to beach and beautiful house! We all enjoyed the beach and the kids enjoyed both the beach and pool. The upgrades were very nice! The extra beach chairs and wagon in the outside closet came in handy as well as the complimentary umbrella and chairs that were already on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a Keurig coffee maker. It was nice to have child proof plates/cups/utensils as well as a high chair. Plenty of space for the twelve of us. The only thing anyone mentioned is that the sheets on the he full size bed in the bunk room had a few stains. But other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family!

Great property and perfectly sized for 12 adults. Clean, modern and fresh with a kitchen big enough to congregate around. Beautiful beach but not overly convenient to many of Destin's main attractions (Harborwalk). Not the fault of the property, but the Lack of Lyft/Uber availability made it difficult for a group of adults to get around to restaurants and evening events.

Great property across the street from a private beach! This was a great spring break location for my step daughter and her friends for her senior year. The teens stayed in the main house while the adults were in the carriage house. Safe, clean, and great location made for a great vacation for everyone!

This house is a wonderful, clean, and functional rental for 2 families (14 people). Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The house has all the amenities, excellent kitchen supplies, privacy, and large open spaces to gather. We hosted a dinner for other friends down the street with plenty of space for a game night. The kids enjoyed the pool and being just steps from the beach was a bonus. Both the front porch and pool deck were perfect! I highly recommend this for your next Destin/Miramar Beach vacation.

The home was immaculate and has been well maintained. The location is ideal to the beach & shopping but at the same time quietly tucked away. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, since we cooked a traditional Christmas dinner while there. There was no remote for the downstairs bedroom, however Ron(?) was responsive and quickly took care of this. Only feedback would be, there are no shades or blinds for the main floor windows. This creates little privacy and at times made tv watching difficulty. I'd highly recommend this property and will happily re-book in the future if available.

After a cancelled trip to Sanibel following hurricane Ian, we scrambled to find a new rental and landed on Destin just weeks before we planned to leave. I am so grateful we found this house! It was absolutely immaculate with any and every amenity we could need. The location was literally steps from the beach and the quiet neighborhood wonderful for walking our dog. The hosts were very, very quick to respond to all messages and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The one suggestion? Add window coverings to the floor to ceiling windows as it's a bit of a fishbowl with passerbys peeping in LOL. A beautiful rental! Thank you!

This property was perfect for our family vacation (13 adults). The home was stunning, clean, and very close to the beach. Check in process was very simple and smooth. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. Plenty of parking for multiple rental cars. I will stay here again with my family! We did not want to leave!!!
