« Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« The waterpark was nice. The hotel itself was not well maintained. Only 1 working elevator, the restaurant was not open, there was multiple unfixed things throughout the hotel- phone jack missing cover and overall not impressed with our hotel room for the price. »

« Pool was freezing and hot tub was warm at best. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Water slide wasn't available on Monday and the hot tub was just as cold as the pool that morning. »

« The overall stay was okay. There was a strange odor in the hallway upstairs the whole stay that was somewhat off putting. The side door was taped open too. Pictures online definitely don’t match the rooms/overall place. Maybe several years ago they did. The AC was loud and the bed was also wobbly to even try rolling over. Personal preference here, but the bathroom was tiny with the sink outside the bathroom. So to get ready with another person in the room, you’re walking in/out into their space. »

« My family and I stayed a week at the Best Western we had a great time the staff was excellent the room was great and all the amenities were excellent the restaurant that is there is very excellent to I would highly recommend this Best western plus White Bear to anyone »

« The room was dirty! Especially the pull out couch. Leftover make up, dirty plates, clothes that were left, stains of some sort on the couch cushions and bed spreads. Overall just gives you the ick. »

« Room was clean. Bathroom dirty. Spider webs w a live spider that welcomed me as soon as I sat on the toilet. Trash, dirt, dust and someone else’s fingernail on floor. Breakfast had oatmeal w no good toppings. The store bought pastries hard and stale. It was okay but no good fresh fruit. The hot tub broke. Walkways and hallways smelled like the good smoke even though our room was non smoking. Ledge all broken facing highway. The AC Unit had dust and trash in it so that was circulating our room...

« Welcoming staff was friendly, quality of room was very poor. The room had a terrible odor, the ac unit had a bunch of black debris in the vents and you could feel the springs through the mattress. I will not be booking here again. »
