They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. « Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. « I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! »

« Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. »

« You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. « Easy check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Nice breakfast buffet. Hot tub and indoor pool available, but we did not use them. Nice bathroom and shower. Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. No smoking and no pets policies. »
