« Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta »

« The house is a 3 bedroom, not 5. A tv in the 3rd bedroom would have been nice…but we brought an extra.The house itself is cozy & great if you like camping. The photos of the property describe it. The pool & deck were our favorite parts!!!Lake levels were low so we couldn’t access the lake from the property. The neighborhood itself is nice & quiet. We didn’t have any neighbors so it was “secluded”. We were able to extend our stay. Our host, Chuck, was every prompt in answering questions we had....

« It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area »

« The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came.
