« Newer property. Clean, bright, no germy, dust holding, carpet on the floor but have plank vinyl. Amenities like shower needs and lotion and hand wash in place. Bright colors in room. Room is small but lovely. »

« I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. My first room smelled like old socks and the toilet was very much not clean. The second room smelled faintly of cigarettes and the interior security locks were broken. The "fitness room" had two pieces of equipment, one of which had tape on it that read, "broken do not use." I could not get out of there fast enough, and skipped my second, pre-paid, night. »

« When originally booking, we were told there were not any rooms available at hotel which was hosting our test; upon finding out there were rooms, this hotel was not amendable to transferring our reservation. Which I get but could have been granted. Contact surfaces poorly maintained, made me think the whole room had not been cleaned. Breakfast was not attended to, staff not very friendly or helpful. Will think twice about staying there again if our travels take us to Gaylord again. »

« Cute renovated motel rooms. There was a vintage Magic Chef cookstove that had working burners, there were pots and dishes so we could cook our corn on the cob dinner. Quiet, safe location. Only small thing is that there is a window air conditioner, so if you sleep in the bed by the window then it blows all night right on or over you. If the weather is cooler, this would not be relevant. Bathroom is small but everything works including the shower, good water pressure. Great for an overnight...
