« First, the check in process. Both ladies working were extremely polite and professional, but had to give me 4 different pin #s to open the door before it worked.
Second, when we got in there the couch had stains all over and there were chicken wing bones in the kitchen sink.
Thirdly, the bathroom sink was clogged. To fix it the pulled a large cluster of hair out of the drain and disposed of it right next to the sink.
We ultimately checked out a day early due to the cleanliness issues. »

« I was a little disappointed this time. This is our 3rd stay here. The coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. The fridge is not cold enough to put anything perishable in. We had to throw out several things, like milk. there is no way to adjust the temperature. With as much as I paid to stay here, parking should be including. The room was clean though. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The complimentary use of the e-bikes was great and we loved being able to explore on them.
The the guys that took care of the beach chairs were fantastic. They were all polite and hardly ever stopped. We canât wait to return again. »

« The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel
Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. »

« Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip! »
