I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. « Typical urban area. It's street stuck parking limited. Nice layout, felt secure. Price is right. Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. « VERY BAD AREA! We did not even stay in the house because the area the home is located in seems very very unsafe. We ended up staying in a hotel. No refund given. Host communicated well, but said we must not be used to an urban area. I am well aware of urban areas and this was something completly different. »

« The host did not know we had booked the rental, he was over 2 hours late to check in which affected our plans. When he finally came with the linens for the place, he only provided 1 pillow (for 2 adults) and 2 small throw blankets not big enough for an adult when it was below 40 degrees at night. »
