The house was very clean and had what you needed if you had forgotten anything, shampoo, conditioner ,soap, dishwashing detergent and kitchen soap, towels etc…. neighbors are very quiet. The only issue I had was when parking In the pad outback of the house it was a pain at times because others were parked in the alley making it hard to park or pull out of the parking pad “

The downstairs room is not a "bedroom" nor did it have a queen bed - it is a sectional of multiple 3'x3' "ottoman type squares. The family room has a GIGANTIC TV, which is nice, but there is only seating for 3 people on a very small couch.
