« Needed an inexpensive no frills roof over my head for one night. Was provided exactly what I needed, with the convenience of being downtown Austin. Happily, I traveled on a Sunday with free on street parking. Only thing missing from my room was a mug for morning caffeine. Glass cups were provided, as was an electric kettle. « Tout était parfait. J'y étais dans le cadre du festival SXSW. Cependant, le divan-lit n'est absolument pas confortable, je ne le considérerais pas comme un lit supplémentaire. J'ai eu à mettre le matelas par terre. Sinon, le lieu est parfait, la piscine et le gym sont très bien entretenus et la communication était très efficace. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ. »

« On Sat night at 1am, someone knocked on our door, proceeded to unlock the electronic lock with a door code and tried multiple times to open the door. Thankfully, Texas law requires a deadbolt and it was secured preventing entry. On Sun morning, the host wasn’t available to assist – only works M-F business hours, unlike any other VRBO I’ve stayed. « j'ai beaucoup aimé séjourné dans l'un des appartements car le batîment fonctionne comme un hôtel sauf que ce sont des appartements privés. Mon condo était très confortable et avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le centre est très proche, ainsi que la rivière qui est quasi au pied de l'immeuble. »

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'hôtel ! Un personnel de réception qui nous a fait un super check in avec plein d'informations sur Austin ! Une chambre spacieuse, propre et calme ! Le parking est très pratique ! La piscine est géniale même avec des enfants ! Le petit déjeuner est super ! Et le restaurant sushis est pas mal :)"
