« The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience. »

« The majority of the first floor is under construction. No access to most of the amenities. Front desk couldn't hear you because of construction noise. King room was only partially furnished. Management never responded to request for refund. »

« This was my second stay at their hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was great but I still wish they put in bath tub mats. I had to lay a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip and fall. Other than that, I really like this hotel. »
