« Free breakfasts were excellent. »

« It was awful..Smell like smoke or whatever else, The windows were broken out, looked abandoned, there was coffee left in coffee pot from previous guest, stains on the sheets.. »

« It is not a b&b in my opinion. The air conditioner needed to be reset and the tv didn’t work. It was not very clean other than the room »

« Very cozy cabin. We spent the day on the North side of Roosevelt and it was a 15 minute drive there. Don’t skip the north side. The cabin was very well stocked for a VRBO. « The place met our expectations for what we used it for and the price was reasonable. We had 4 couples and one other adult. »

« Our family's stay at the Boots cabin was great. The location was good and the cabin had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend get a way.. We would highly recommend this cabin. We will definitely stay here again . Kurt »
