« The hotel was cool and differently decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and clean. But the housekeeping service wasn’t good at all. Did not clean the room, empty trash cans, leave extra roll of toilet paper when our only one ran out, or leave clean towels & washcloths. We had to call front desk on 2 of our 3-days stay to ask for these things that weren’t done by housekeeping. Also the room telephone was dead- went in the hall by elevators and...

« The property was originally a department store. When we exited the elevator, voice said “ second floor, men’s ware.” Rooms are spacious , we had access to a lobby on the 2nd floor, staff and valet parking much appreciated. Better yet, the hotel is in the heart of the city, food, music, art . Wish we stayed longer. »
