« Great location, nice lobby, excellent buffet breakfast. Issue with my room and others was that the shower water was too hot - could not be turned cool enough to be comfortable. So had to stay mostly out of the water. Other guests I talked to had the same issue. »

« We contacted the hotel in advance because we wanted to change our room from one king bed to a room with two queen beds. We were told over the phone that the change would cost an additional $50. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk informed us that we would have to pay $150 extra instead. She was also not very helpful or accommodating regarding the situation. We also contacted Expedia about these additional charges, but unfortunately we never received any response...

« Un accueil de grande qualité, une sympathie "réelle" (par là j'entends sans sourire forcé/commerçant, un vrai sourire et une vraie gentillesse). Mes valises se sont "perdues" lors de mon périple, l'hotel m'a aidée efficacement. Un très bon point pour le petit déjeuner inclus, la propreté, les commodités (laundry, cafetière, micro-onde, frigo).
