« Old, well maintained place with creaky floors. Lots of old Knick knacks and decorations. Not my favourite type of place to stay as you have to be very quiet to not disturb other guests. Woman was not very helpful on check-in when we asked about the ferry. Bit of complicated door key system. »

« There are some places you stay that you forget as soon as you leave and others you will remember for a long time. This falls into the latter. It's as described rustic and a life photo. There is a mix of decorations that to me were cool and interesting. WiFi was good, small galleon kitchen, didn't use but looked sufficient. The real winner here is being able to sit right on a river deck, ducks and geese everywhere, frogs playing the banjos, beavers swimming by (never seen a beaver in my life...
