« I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. »

« It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types »

« So hot when we got there we were soaked kitchen was a furnace tried to make sandwiches cheese melted on counter tv did not work til day we left leather couch is terrible springs broke water looked like milk sponges came with building balcony had wasps n dirt dobbers power went out 5 times first night it stormed fridge n freezer gross »
