« Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26. »

The water park area was disgusting, my kids didn't want to walk around barefoot. There was poop in the pirate ship and the pools looked as if the haven't been cleaned in awhile. There were stains on the carpet throughout the hotel and holes in the curtains in our room. To top it off, I had to check my family out at 1 am due to mice in our room....

« I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. « I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet.
