« The room would not get cool. The thermostat was on 66 and it ran all night. I slept under a sheet only so I did not sweat. I had to request new bedding because a long black HAIR was under the sheets. Bed in a bag was the wrong size, they brought additional bedding which did not include pillow cases. »

« What makes this place wonderful is the peaceful quiet next to the river. Meagan was a great host and seeing her informal sanctuary for goats, ducks, and chickens all living the dream is heartwarming. I REALLY enjoyed kayaking the horse creek (one direction leads to the larger Peace River) seeing Spider Lilies for the first time and I didn’t encounter another soul on the water! I stayed in “the boathouse” cottage and while the shower was tiny the space was neat, clean and had everything needed...

« Beautiful clean home with easy access to the area. Only wish It would have been disclosed about the non-potable water for the home and a sensitive septic system. Just made the stay feel weird. »

« We needed a place to stay while our team had a weekend competition at the Arcadia Rodeo grounds. What an experience! We got to enjoy the chickens and goats. Did some fishing and even got visited by an otter as we kayaked. This was an amazing place with enough room to fit all the kids and adults. The hosts were equally amazing! We’re now planning a trip back to stay here and kayak peace river. This place is perfect! »

« Stayed 4 nights. Homemade Cinnamon rolls/and cookies on our arrival were a great treat. It was nice sitting in the sunroom drinking coffee in the mornings.House was very clean. Fully stocked coffee bar. No complaints. We will be back. »
