„EVEN THOUGH PROPERTY WAS LARGE, THE SERVICE WAS VERY PERSONAL WHEN AT THE LOBBY AND BAR. /IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE. BUT WHEN WE GOT IT IT WAS GOOD“

„everything“

„The lady at the reception wanted to charge us an additional fee of 50% for an EARLY check-out. Not a LATE check-out, but an EARLY one. I have never seen a hotel like this in my entire life. In the end, her friendly colleague pointed out to her that such a policy makes absolutely no sense.“

„In Ordnung “

„1. Staff is not professional and without good manners. 2. Room is very very very old. 3. Booked with continental breakfast but been told just coffee without any explanation and apology. 4. Many people outside kept talking loudly , opened and closed doors until 4am.“

„THE LOBBY STAFF WAS CORDIAL, THE VALETS WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ROOM WAS NOT AS PRISTINE CLEAN AS OUR FIRST VISIT, AND THE ROOM ACTUALLY HAD A BIT MORE WEAR AND TEAR. THE DRAPES WERE NOT WORKING EASILY AND THE BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY.“

„Die location des hotel's ist super, leider hatte der Flur nach Hund gerochen und einzige andere hotelgaeste waren extrem strange“

„The hotel is beautiful, calm, and very clean. Vladimir was very helpful and patient during check in and the breakfast staff was also super friendly and attentive.“

„Das Personal war nicht so freundlich, Zimmer waren gut, Lage naja“

„Clean rooms, friendly staff“

„Easy access“

„Das Hotel ist sehr in Jahre gekommen. Zudem ist der personal nicht Kundenorientiert. Mit Ausnahme des Frontdesk. Zudem wurde das Zimmer nur zur Hälfte gereinigt. “
