« Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The hotel and room were clean. The parking was easy and accessible. There was a nice indoor pool. It was located in a nice place near good restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Everything was great. »

« The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. « Nothing fancy but clean, good shower, comfortable bed, and pretty much what we needed. We loved the location and just off the square for easy access to the downtown shops and restaurants. We'd stay there again. »

The staff are amazing and take pride in addressing even the smallest details and effort to make guests feel at home. The location is so convenient nestled in downtown Blue Ridge with walking access to most anything you will need. We cannot wait to stay here again! »

« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« Exactly what we needed. The owners had just finished a beautiful remodel and we were the first to experience it. We felt like we were staying in a chateaux in the French Alps. The owners thought of everything. Even had battery operated candles that looked so real. I love this place! »
