« It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. « This was just what we needed. This location is remote, quiet, and peaceful. It was wonderful to see the stars at night, watch the chipmunks and the hummingbirds zip around during the day. I felt very relaxed the whole time we were here. Not having cell phone signal is wonderful. It was the perfect weekend getaway.You are close to Golden Gate Canyon State Park, which has great hiking, as well as some other trail heads. If you need anything, or feel like going out to eat, Nederland isn't far away...
