« Staff was awesome, place was nice visually, room and hallway smelled like a full diaper left out in the sun for a long time. Lobby was cool and the drive to Red Rocks was nice and short. Gas station across the way sells alcohol until midnight and they have cheap tall boys. »

We did a 6 mile hike about 15 minutes north at Maryland Mountain and then we used the showers and watched the sunset such a beautiful view before heading into town for some gambling! »

« The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one. »

« There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. Now I did like my room on the top floor. The casino, even though I lost all my money that I use for gambling, it was nice. The...

« I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression. »

« La literie est très bas de gamme. La tapisserie de la salle de bain est tachée, décolle, la grille cache lumière est en train de tomber, la porte ne ferme pas , la penne dormant de la porte de la chambre ne fonctionne plus... »

« The hotel is very nice, clean, newish or recently renovated. The breakfast is good enough-more than adequate. The pool wasn’t open until the 3rd day we were there for some unknown reason, but when it was it was lovely. The location is very good for quick access to Red Rocks and Golden, and very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping. »
