„Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown.“

„It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels. ...

„Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!“

„The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. The rooms are neat with the basic amenities, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and served on time. The variety is typical, but served nicely. „Hotel was in generally poor condition like entrance doors, stairwells which needed to be serviced, cleaned. They need carpet, paint etc. That being said, the room was fairly nice and the showers are awesome!, Bed was comfy. The cleaning staff never touched our room in the 5 days that we were there so no clean towels, full garbage cans and overflowing….Make your own bed etc. They have new owners and hopefully that will help. The pool was clean and usable and breakfast was sparse but adequate.“

„Clean and neat. Very convenient and close to the highway. My only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny, and the shower was a little janky. The curtain rod was mounted too low and kind of loose, so the shower curtain was partly underfoot in the tub, and the rod stuck way out over the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.“

„Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them.“

„The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.“
