« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again »

« From the description, the property appeared to be a charming renovated farmhouse. It did not disappoint! The home itself has a wonderful history which was captured by the host in a beautiful presentation booklet in the living room. The updates did not distract from the original architecture which was still observable in many spaces. « Home was absolutely beautiful and perfect location. Everything we needed for a weekend away was provided, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The large basement was perfect to hang out in and our kids absolutely loved the pool table. The weather was a little chilly so we didnt really get to utilize the patio but for warmer months the patio would be great to relax on. The back yard was huge and perfect for our kids to run around. « The home is clean and cozy and as advertised in a rural area but only 15 to 20 min from Richmond and tons of activities. Several wineries are much closer, grocery store 5 min away. What stood out the most to me though was the host! You will never find a more generous, gracious, accommodating host. Great with communication too. Overall a lovely experience »
