„Convenient Location, Hotel is ok a bit outdated.“

„The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay. I explained that it was improper to arbitrarily up charge without ever having mentioned it ...

„Service very positiv! Optimisable: Warm water causes a lot of water wastement. “

„Always a pleasant stay. Staff is super welcoming.“

„the pool with view“

„Sehr neues Hotel in Kisumu.

„It was not close to the airport as the sight said but other than that it was a nice place“

„The main surprise was the state of the road to get to the property. It was certainly an adventure!!’ But the arrival made it well worth it. A great location and very well presented property. “
