„We enjoyed our stay in the Tree Top Condo. The condo was very pretty, clean, and comfortable and looked the way it was pictured. It had everything needed for a great stay. Ross was very quick to answer when I communicated with him. The condo complex is very nice looking as well. We would definitely stay there again.“

„Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests. Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. „This unit is very cute and sufficiently provisioned for a couple. It is on the main floor and easy to access. Street noise was not really an issue but as an old (historic) building, you can sometimes hear the person a floor above walking around in the evening. Ear plugs are provided! I really loved how close the unit is to Main St where I spent most of my time (no car). Also, the grocery store is very close. The host is very responsive to questions. I would stay here again, no question!“

The place was conveniently located near downtown Durango for shopping and for catching the train to Silverton and Mesa Verde National Park.
