« The room was clean.Bed was reasonably comfortable. Parking was good. Breakfast items were varied however, the hot breakfast was definitely not hot and there was not any staff to keep tables and serving areas clean. The trash receptacles looked like they had not been cleaned/wiped down at the very least for several days. »

« There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund. »

They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund. »
