„We arrived after 19 hours on the road at 11:30 pm exhausted. Our 1st floor room was super hot and smelled musty. The sheets were dirty and stained and it had crumbs in the bed. The office chair additionally had crumbs on the bed. The headboard had lots of dust and the pillows were very warn. The curtains had holes in them. I didn't feel very comfortable as I felt like it was all dirty. It took over an hour and half for the room to reach a comfortable temperature to sleep. We then had to ...

„We reserved the hot tub room for after a concert we attended that night. All rooms in the Ann Arbor area were 400-500 a night or more so we chose this motel. We could not even use the hot tub. The water was a very dark color just as the tub was filling and before we even got in n the tub. We turned on the jets before getting in and all of this brown slime formed on the bubbles. It was absolutely disgusting like they have never cleaned the jets. Waste of a room. We would have just rented a ...
