« We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay! »

"They knock at the door at 11 sharp. I said I needed a little more time as I was sick at washroom. They rang the phone, knock at the door every 3-4 minutes (llouder and louder) until I left at 11h40. The front desk guy, Non-stop! When I left, the room maid was simply doing another room. I never saw this in other hotel, front desk man becoming litterally crazy at 11 sharp for checkout time!"
