Je suis très déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hôtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial. »

« Our hotel room smelled very bad with an oder like dog urine. We should have Changed rooms but arrived so late and didn’t want the extra hassle, but we do want to warn others. On the good side, The front desk staff was nice and maybe other rooms are fine. »
