« My husband and I have stayed here 2 years in a row for our anniversary. It’s is wonderful and secluded. We enjoy the view and love sitting out by the river/creek. We don’t ever have to bring anything. There are even all items to cook with. We will def be back! »

« The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience. »

« This was our second time staying at The Bird's Nest Cabin. We loved it. The space was cozy and clean. We were taking our daughter to camp and this was just the right space for us to enjoy the weekend. She was so excited to play on the playground again and adventure on the trail behind our cabin. « Great large house with space for everyone. Pantry and kitchen well equipped. Large refrigerator for all your groceries. Propane grill outside for grilling. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Washer and dryer on site were large to fit all our laundry. Great stay. Grocery store about 10 minutes away. »

« This beautifully appointed studio in the basement of an older home is spacious enough for two people. Charming rooms with stone walls and wood beams, beautiful linens, a functional --but small, note no stove/oven --kitchen. Located conveniently just a few minutes off the main road in Tryon. (Note, tough to find the first time at night, so don't check in after dark.) Really a delightful place to stay, I hope to be back. »

« Property very clean and tidy. We had 2 adults that fit nicely in the space. The host was exceptional, very available and welcoming. Front steps may be a challenge for folks with balance problems, as walkway to front door entails a long set of stairs. Peaceful property. Great weekend getaway! »
