„What a beautifully appointed vacation rental. We absolutely loved our charming studio in the Church Hill section of Richmond. It was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. David supplied all items needed for a seamless stay in this lovely section of town. Eateries recommended in his guide book were spot on. Will definitely pass along this info to friends & family.“

„We had an excellent experience. Lynley, the property manager, was incredible. She responds immediately and takes care of the property very well. There were a few things that needed attention but very minor. It was not an upscale place, but very affordable and in a neighborhood with lots of families close together. It was the perfect location to lots of things to see and do in Richmond. “

„The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. “

„Location AWESOME! Easy walk to VMFA and Carytown shops and restaurants! Charmingly renovated and decorated antique property Plenty of hot water for showers. Bedrooms are off the street and protected from traffic noise. Coffee and snacks generous and much appreciated Hope to stay here again! “

„The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! “

„The house was just what we needed. It is located close to I-64, so you hear some traffic noise, but it was not a problem. And it is very convenient to Short Pump and Broad St. Excellent communication with Maryam. We would stay there again. “

„Host super nice and answer questions even if it’s late. A lot of space and rooms. Very close to a lot of restaurants.“

„The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around.“

„This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!“
