« Very disappointing experience, especially considering this property hosts international travelers and students.
One of the guests traveling with me was an international student. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly told their room had been cancelled. Fortunately, I was there and was able to accommodate them for the night. After spending considerable time trying to resolve the situation, we finally arranged and paid cash for a room for the following day.

« Nous avons demandé une autre chambre car la première n'avait pas été préparée adéquatement. Mauvaise odeur de chien, draps et taies d'oreillers tâchés et semble ne pas avoir été changés. La 2ième chambre n'était pas mieux mais sans odeur de chien. Nous avons parlé à un homme qui était à l'extérieur. Il nous a proposé de changer les draps puis propsé d'aller voir une chambre dans un autre établissement et de nous rembourser, si nous n'étions pas satisfait.
