„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!“

„The hotel is in an excellent, walkable location. It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. The windows only opened about 3 inches, and the cooling system/fan seemed to make the room warmer. I tend to get too hot at night so that was a ...

„Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. ...

„Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und es war sehr sauber! Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und ist uns bei unserer An- und Abreise sehr freundlich entgegengekommen. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Für eine Woche geht das auch. Es gab eine Luftmatratze und die Schlafcoach auf dem Foto. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.Die Straße hört man Tag und Nacht. Daran muss man sich gewöhnen! Das ist New York! “

„The room was excellent! There are great views of both NYC and the Hudson River over into New Jersey. The room was clean with nice compliments. No hassle check out due to having a cleaning service.Our host went above and beyond in allowing our stay to be great for a daughter’s 16 birthday present and this was our family’s first trip to NYC. Highly recommend a stay here!“
