« Room was decorated with a very cozy mallard theme that went well with the scenery. The property was neat and well maintained and the view from the dock was breath-taking especially at night. I had a glass of wine by the fire and just listened to the bull frogs, it was the most calm and serene atmosphere. I will be back very soon! »

« Such a cute set up for a private getaway! We passed the owners one time on the way to their barn, which is by the cabin, but other than that, it was just us and their friendly farm animals. It was close to Fall Creek Falls and Savage Gulf State Park for awesome hiking and close enough to downtown Dunlap for stores and restaurants. We were really able to unwind and enjoy our stay! »

« Amazing property and perfect location! We had so much playing volleyball and enjoying the hot tub at night. The property is only located about 30 mins from Chattanooga, but honestly the house is so nice it's hard to even want to leave once you arrive. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent and was very nice and accommodating. 1000% would stay here again. »

« The house was big enough for my family of 12 to stay comfortably from age 1 to 63. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The art work is beautiful and the library has some very interesting books. The back patio that leads out to the waterfall is so peaceful and serene that we ended up spending most of our time there. The host is very responsive and nice. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this rental. »
