« Exceeded expectations. Charming decor and well appointed with convenient items and comfy beds. Beautiful views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. We enjoyed watching the meteor shower and our city dog enjoyed the freedom of farm dog lifestyle for a night. »

« We had a wonderful time staying at the Lyle House on the Columbia. It was the perfect home base for several days of fishing and bike riding. We had everything we needed at the house. It’s right next to the Klickitat rail trail. There’s also a grocery market and coffee shop close by. Would choose this spot again. »

« Great getaway. Quiet and serene Even though the property is shared it was no problem. The cabin is very insulated and quiet inside. Plenty of water access for all. Only negative is getting used to the sulfur in water but cooking water is available. Suggest bringing plenty of bottled water for drinking. AC kept the whole cabin cool. We enjoyed our stay very much »

« Amazing views. Great for family gatherings. Room for everyone. Strong AC. Near plenty of fun stuff to do in the gorge. »

« We arrived very late and Brandie was helpful and flexible in accommodating us. It was an affordable non-camping option after a concert in Bend and brief overnight stay before rafting from Maupin the next day. »

« Beautiful, quirky, quiet neighborhood in a gorgeous setting. This little house is a gem with everything you might want. And, the huge back deck was a lovely extended outdoor living space. When I reserved this home, there was not a photo of the kitchen on the listing, but the kitchen is also great and stocked with all the basics. We are already planning to come back next year. »
