„Direkt bei einen Lastwagen-Gross-Parkplatz. Daher die ganze Nacht auch Verkehr. Dafür dort aber auch ein gutes Speiseangebot, so dass man nicht mehr in die Stadt fahren musste. Für mich ideal, da es nur als Durchgangs-Motel gedacht war. “

„Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.“

„An old building budget motel with maybe a few permanent residents and no fancy cars in the lot but worked well for this old biker. The room was recently painted and clean. No bugs, a hot shower with great pressure. Waffle house across the street, McD next door. A good view of the famous mountain.“

After a long discussion with the owner were both rooms cleaned a little bit better. During the week the cleanliness was never fully satisfied.“

„We really were only there to sleep - out and about during the day time and evening hours. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot (in the good way). Apartment was clean, bathroom stocked with towels/cloths. Kitchen is very retro - looks cool, but we didn’t use it outside of placing a few items in the refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood, short walk from the Mt. Airy historic downtown. Short drive to chain stores / restaurants if that’s your thing. “

„This rental is a fur-baby paradise. If you have a pet this is the place to rent. There’s a fenced area for your pet and the front carport has a barrier, so if you are sitting out in the carport, your fur-baby is safe. There’s even a vet list for you in case you need it. Betty is a fabulous host and the place was immaculate. I would definitely rent again from Miss Betty and highly recommend this VRBO.“

„Quality mattress, bedding, & pillows (with bedding options in the closet.) Decor that inspires relaxation & calm. Along a quaint historical street with multiple stores & small cafes and taverns. Enjoyed our stay & will visit again on future long distance trips for a peaceful “rest stop.” Couches in living room are only loveseat sized, not very cushy & less than ideal for larger or taller persons, but not uncomfortable enough to warrant a complaint or deduct from our stay.“
